You must hold a valid TfL Private Hire Driver License (PCO license) and have a clean record with a complete background (DBS) check.
Own or lease a licensed vehicle in immaculate condition (typically Mercedes S-Class, V-Class, EQV, Range Rover or BMW 7 Series) in Black-on-Black.
