1. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us.

Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash under specific arrangements. For weddings and special events, a deposit may be required to secure the booking.

2. Passenger Conduct

XCLUSIVE Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior poses a threat to the chauffeur, the vehicle, or other passengers.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.

3. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for their luggage. While our chauffeurs will assist with loading and unloading, XCLUSIVE Chauffeurs accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while protecting our chauffeurs' schedules.

• 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable.
• Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking cost, depending on the circumstances and vehicle type.
• No Show: If the passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice, the full fare will be charged.

5. Service Adjustments

If a specific vehicle is unavailable due to mechanical failure or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle of an equivalent or higher category.

6. Liability

We do not accept liability for missed flights, trains, or events caused by traffic delays, road closures, adverse weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
